Dr. Wilson Navarro Cotto
Doctor of Medicine, Surgery and Aesthetics
Surgeon and Aesthetic Physician, registered in the Medical Association of Costa Rica (code 18241), specialized in facial harmonization with original botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid for face and body, placement of thread lifts, bichectomy (facial slimming), removal of moles, warts, and spots, as well as permanent laser hair removal.
Performs procedures with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) for joints such as knee, hip, shoulder, and thumb, in addition to muscular and tendon treatments. The only practitioner in the country offering surgeries to eliminate sleep apnea and snoring, as well as male aesthetic procedures such as phalloplasty (penis enlargement and thickening).

Cosmetic Dentist
Dentist specialized in Dental Aesthetics, registered in the Dental Association of Costa Rica (code 675424). With extensive experience in smile design using resin, porcelain, E-max, and zirconia veneers. Provides personalized treatments with splints for bruxism and intraoral splints for sleep apnea. Focused on achieving natural, functional, and aesthetically harmonious results, always prioritizing the patient’s oral health.
Bachelor in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation from Universidad Libre de Costa Rica, licensed (code 3484). Currently pursuing a specialization in Dermatofunctional Physical Therapy and post-surgical treatments. Certified in massage therapy, Thai massage, facial and body electromedicine, functional bandaging, kinesiotaping, physio-aesthetics, occupational injuries, and early stimulation.
